1. Eligibility for Refund
Regardless of the type of service offered, we provide refunds under certain conditions:
A. Amazon Seller Account Management Services
For purchases more than three days old, clients may request a full refund if no work on the service has been completed.
Refunds are possible in cases where work has started but is not yet finished to the extent of some defined milestones.
Refunds will no longer be possible after the project reaches 70% completion.
B. Amazon Graphic Design Services
Clients who opt not to take up work within 2 days are eligible for a full refund as long as no work on the design has commenced.
Failing to provide additional changes after the first concepts have been given means no refund will be issued.
Refunds shall not be issued after delivery of the final design.
2. Refund Request Process
In order to initiate a refund request, customers are required to:
Email [Insert Support Email] using the subject line: Refund Request – Invoice Number.
State in detail the reason for requesting the refund.
Provide any relevant documentation or correspondence regarding the service.
All refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days and the results will be shared via email.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following processes and procedures are deemed non-refundable:
Custom consulting or strategy sessions that are predefined and have already occurred.
Designing or Optimization branding for listings after publishing.
All services purchased that have been designated during the purchase as non-refundable.
4. Service Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
In case any service does not meet your expectations, feel free to contact us within 7 days from the delivery date so we can amend it according to our revision policy.
We will not let you down because we accept up to 3 revisions of design projects since our goal is your complete satisfaction.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
In the event a client starts a chargeback without any prior dialogue, we at HighOnRank reserve the right to argue the case as well as take any necessary measures. For such matters, we suggest direct interaction with our support team.
